Helping Create Emotionally Safe Workplaces Free of Sexual Harassment
The Legal Clinic's Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (SHIW) Project is a new initiative sponsored by the Justice Department of the Government of Canada to provide public legal education to employers and employees about how to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace. As part of this project,, The Legal Clinic, and many other clinics across the province, is also offering free legal advice and services to victims of sexual harassment.

Educating Employers and Employees about how to Prevent and Address SHIW
The Legal Clinic is offering free virtual workshops by Zoom for managers, board members, employees, and students about how to prevent and address SHIW in their workplace. These workshops are engaging and informative and open for anyone to join. See our event page for more information about our upcoming workshops
FREE LEGAL SERVICES FOR SHIW VICTIMS
Making Justice Accessible for SHIW Victims
The Legal Clinic can offer free legal information and advice to SHIW victims by phone or by Zoom. If a SHIW victim qualifies financially The Legal Clinic can also provide assistance and representation with legal proceedings related to SHIW.
