PCLC is collaborating with 8 other Community Legal Clinics across Ontario to improve access to justice for people who have experienced intimate partner violence and sexual violence. We are also collaborating with other community organizations and service providers to provide public legal education on topics related to intimate partner violence and sexual assault.

FREE LEGAL SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE
Making Justice Accessible for Victims
PCLC can offer free legal information and advice to people who have experienced sexual violence and or intimate partner/family violence on a large range of legal issues including their legal rights throughout the criminal court process, problems they face with housing and benefits as a result of their current circumstances, human rights violations, problems with their employers, etc... We are also able to represent victims in criminal court to protect their right to privacy and in other court proceedings related to their circumstances.
